As one of Canada’s oldest and most respected family names in senior living, ASC needed a bilingual website that reflected its “Caring is our Number One Concern” philosophy while helping families across five provinces find the right residence and book a tour with confidence.
Key Features Implemented:
- Multi-Province Residence Finder: We built an intuitive navigation structure organized by province — Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Québec — and city, allowing prospective residents and their families to quickly locate communities near them.
- Bilingual (EN/FR) Experience: The site was developed with full English and French language support to serve families across Canada in their preferred language.
- Lead-Generating Tour Booking: Prominent “Book a Tour” calls-to-action and an interactive chat-style helper guide visitors toward the next step, turning website traffic into qualified inquiries.
- Wellness Program Showcase: Dedicated sections for ASC’s signature programs — ACTIV8, the ASC Seniors Games, and BLOSSOM Living memory care — communicate the brand’s commitment to resident wellbeing.
- News & Resource Hub: A regularly updated News & Events and Senior Living Advice area keeps families informed and supports the brand’s authority in the senior living space.
